Monte was actively involved with Grubb and Ellis in Southern California for nearly 10 years. Monte is currently licensed in Idaho, with past licenses in Washington, California and Wisconsin. He was formerly Vice President of Commercial Real Estate Services for Tomlinson Black North Idaho, Inc. for 12 years.  He specializes in commercial/light industrial developments, sales, leasing & consulting.
